We are now looking for a Brand Manager to join our marketing department who can effectively lead and deliver marketing programs within our oral smoke-free categories across the Nordics.
Your “day to day”
As Brand Manager you will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Development of brand and category strategies for smoke free products in the Nordic markets
• Together with our global headquarters, define go to market strategies
• Analyze consumer behavior in a multi-category environment
• Define product development needs to satisfy consumer needs
• Work closely with product development and global headquarters brand team to ensure ultimate consumer-based strategy
• Analyze brand performance and competitive environment to identify and anticipate opportunities and threats in the markets
• Develop and execute brand initiatives covering market and consumer insights as well as the portfolio strategy and activate them together with our HQ
• Develop omnichannel marketing plan to deploy Nordic toolbox
• Work closely with senior stakeholders, both locally and at our HQ
• Collaboration with local markets to ensure excellence in execution of the Nordic strategies and tactics
Who you are
• Bachelor or Masters degree in Marketing or relevant field
• 4+ years work experience within marketing, ideally in an environment with high volume campaigns
• Strong networking and stakeholder management skills
• A team-oriented approach and experience of working in commercial- and cross functional teams
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish
• Strong understanding of Nordic consumers and trends
