As the Community Manager, your role is to build and nurture our professional community of hair artists, stylists, educators, beauty advisors and other business partners in Sweden. You use social media and events to bring inspiration, excitement and a sense of belonging to the community, and you help and train our partners on developing their presence on digital media as well. You work closely together with Community managers in other Nordic countries, and report to our Country Education Manager for the Professional Product Division.
You will...
- Define KPIs and monitor the influence, and engage with the professional communities who have a contract with the brand
- Build and develop the B-to-B audience for Professional Product Division
- Animate your community and trigger user-generated content, incl. support preparation and production of local digital education content
- Support technical excellence through digital platforms
- Drive traffic to owned platforms via community engagement
- Closely collaborate with Professional Products Division field teams (Sales & education) to enrich and share content by turning internal stakeholders into daily influencers
- Own the social media calendar reflecting inspirational and educational content and B2B paid media campaigns
- Own and manage the local IG PRO account to establish it as the leading community platform for our salon clients, respective stylists and interested industry stakeholders
- Drive and engage stylist to increase UGC on the account
- Interact with followers on SoMe by answering questions, likes, tagging and sharing
- Support optimal SoMe utilization in local organization by providing upskilling support
You are...
- You have a strong interest for hairdressing and/or beauty industry
- You possess previous experience from the industry, and have an extensive network within the world of professional haircare
- You have experience of multiple social media platforms, social media management and content creation
- You can be hands-on when shooting social media content (i.e. Advanced IG user, experience with picture and video editing, e.g. IG, Adobe Knowledge of latest content formats, e.g. Reels, stories etc)
- You are an excellent communicator and skilled in building relationships
- You have strong co-operation skills and ability to multitask
- You are able to independently drive projects
- You are fluent in English and Swedish
