In this exciting role, your key responsibilities include:
- Owning and defining the short- and long-term global brand growth strategy for Center to drive market share for Center across markets and support NSV growth and valorization
- Being the global chocolate category champion to support our chocolate growth vision as well as local markets in regard to understanding the market, segment developments, competitors and trends.
- Developing Brand Strategy & Marketing Plan in close collaboration with local markets.
- Developing key brand communication assets (advertising, social media, point-of-sale) for local activation.
- Project Management: Secure launch of NPDs leveraging trends and fitting mechanics and needs across markets
- Managing the business analysis, budget & P&L, Price & promo strategy
You will report to the Global Marketing Director Refreshment, Chocolate and Nuts.
What you’ll bring to the team
You are passionate about (food) brands and have minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Brand Strategy & Marketing Planning with a proven track record within FMCG. You have experience in multi-functional & international stakeholder management and strong project management skills. Strong proven analytical skills and ability to turn complex data into simple and clear solutions is a must. You have experience with P&L and brand profitability.
You hold a Master’s degree, preferably in a commercial or marketing direction. You are fluent in English in a professional setting. A Scandinavian language is a plus, but not mandatory.
As a person, you excel at building relationships, listening, and influencing others. You are known for your strong analytical approach. You are ambitious and result-oriented, and genuinely enjoy working in a team. You naturally identify with Cloetta’s values: focus, teamplay, passion and pride.
