Do you want to contribute to building loved brands? Are you a true team player who likes to make a difference? Look no further, Cloetta is now hiring a Global Junior Brand Manager for our candy category, based in Stockholm.
Cloetta has a strong heritage with focus on sales and trade marketing activities on a local scale with a global organisation driving innovation and supporting the local activities. The Group is now driving a shift to become more brand marketing and consumer oriented on both local and global scale, driving long term growth and working with brand marketing in a matrix set up.
In this exciting new role, your key responsibilities include:
· Supporting the development of brand communication platforms and brand guidelines
· Contributing to the development brand communication toolkits and brand activation materials (POS, experiential, BTL toolkits, social media assets, etc.)
· Analyzing business performance across markets and channels, and provide insights to the Global Marketing Director and Brand Manager
· Assist in the development of brand communication assets (advertising, website, social/digital media, POS, exhibition stands, toolkits, etc.) for in market activation
· Managing, planning and coordinating trade activities in conjunction with divisional sales teams, with proven ROI
· Portfolio management for the global brand The Jelly Bean Factory
You will report to the Global Marketing Director Candy & Sustainability, based in The Netherlands. You’ll be part of the Global Marketing team for Candy with colleagues both in Stockholm and the Netherlands.

What you’ll bring to the team
You have 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar position in an FMCG company. You have experience working with external agencies in the areas of trade and consumer marketing. You are conversant with P&L and brand profitability, good at planning and organizing activities. International work experience is advantageous.
You hold a Master’s degree, preferably in a commercial or marketing subject. You are fluent in English in a professional setting. Mastering a Scandinavian language is highly desirable.
As a person, you are excellent at building relationships. You are a good listener and can influence others. You are known for your strong conceptual, creative and innovative approach. You are ambitious and result-oriented, and truly enjoy working in a team.
