We are looking for a senior and driven Brand Manager that wants to be part of the journey of developing the Growth Brands at Anora where we see familiar brands such as Xanté and Barracuda and many others. The growth brands have great potential and are expected to grow significantly over the next years, and we are looking or a person that wants to take on that challenge with a consumer centric approach.

About the role as Senior Brand Manager Growth Brands

In the role you will develop the growth brands within gin, liqueurs, shots and more where the focus is to understand the consumer in order to build the right strategy.

We are looking for a structured project manager, with the ability to identify and seize opportunities at the same time as you are a strong team player with the ability to handle different stakeholders. You are a consumer centric person, and you are aware that consumer insights and activations are building the business forward.

The role is within the Spirits Marketing Own Brands team, and you will be reporting to the Growth Category Manager. The position is an interim position until April 2023 placed in central Stockholm at the Anora office.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the strategic agenda to achieve sustainable mid- and long-term, top- and bottom-line growth. P&L responsibility of the assigned brands.
  • Drive and manage new product development and product changes of the assigned brands as project manager/leader.
  • Steer the local brand planning process and secure the implementation of the brand plans.
  • Lead the development of innovation and marketing platforms for the assigned brands.
  • Pack innovations, NPD, Brand extensions and Designs
  • Champion of the consumer within the company
  • Create consumer activations based on insights and consumer understanding
  • Handle the political aspects of a global role

 

Experiences & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or other commercial operations.
  • Work experience in FMCG brand marketing/Spirits brand marketing is an asset
  • Understanding of beverage industry and monopoly markets is an asset.
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Other language skills are appreciated
  • Possess bold and curious mindset.
  • Enjoy solving problems. Good at taking on difficult challenges and finding creative solutions.
  • Feel passionate about brands and let it show.
  • Possess good cooperation skills and combine an independent way of working with active networking in the multi-functional organization.
  • Can act in a political organization – ability to sell your ideas but also listen to the markets.
  • Have excellent project management skills
  • Driven by seeing results of your work and always looking for ways to improve.
  • Excellent understanding of both strategic brand building and need for execution
  • Consumer centricity with awareness of the end-user
