We are searching for an experienced and skilled Social Media Manager to join our Global Marketing & Communications team at HQ in Stockholm.
As Social Media Manager at J.Lindeberg you are responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring J.Lindeberg’s Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness and customer engagement, improve marketing efforts and increase sales.
Working Tasks
- Setting and executing strategies for all J.Lindeberg’s social media channels, including manage the social editorial calendar and posting schedule.
- Develop (/format existing), edit, publish and share daily content for J.Lineberg´s social media channels, in line with the agreed strategy, including writing captivating captions in line with tonality.
- Developing and overseeing competitions and campaigns to draw attention to the brand.
- Setting measurable goals and KPI’s for campaigns and activations, including follow-up and reporting ROI. Track and communicate results, with a monthly report of analytics, growth of community, interaction and findings.
- Actively communicate with followers and promote a community, by responding to customers feedback, messages and comments.
- Liaising with other departments and creatives to create a holistic and effective online marketing strategy.
- Monitor and plan our digital ad performance together with the Digital Marketing Manager (and E-com team). Review and come up with improvements and new solutions.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies.

Marketing and PR Managers and Graphic designers within Marketing & Communications department
Digital Marketing Manager (responsible for paid Social Media advertising) within E-com department
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working as Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably from Fashion or Sports apparel industry
- Relevant education
- Proven track record in planning highly effective Social Media campaigns and activations
- Creative mindset and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
- Strong commercial acumen
- Credible and convincing communicator including fluent in written and verbal English
- An understanding of trends and a genuine interest in social media, and Fashion and Sports apparel
- Team working skills
- Time and project management skills, including the ability to multitask
