Amazon.se is seeking an experienced, self-directed and data-driven Sr. Marketing Manager to define and manage the onsite marketing and event strategy for the amazon.se. The candidate will collaborate closely with various stakeholders and will coordinate with partner teams owning specific traffic channels to monitor and drive improvements on SEO, SEM, Associates, Email, App Push and Social Media

Key job responsibilities
· Own the content strategy and performance optimization of onsite marketing
· Develop and execute merchandising activities, manage navigation structure, create pages and merchandising features to support co-op initiatives, coordinate and support promotional events and marketing campaigns.
· Lead several programs for customer acquisition and engagement
· Work closely with the traffic teams to drive customers and sales, including gateway, outbound, associates, search.
· Design, lead and implement projects to enhance customer engagement
· Create and analyze performance metrics and drive business decisions about future direction based on performance and ROI
· Develop reporting methodologies and owns data analysis
· Regularly evolve and present strategy, learnings and recommendations to senior leadership via meetings and document writing
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Swedish language professional proficiency
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
· 6+ years of marketing experience
· Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
· Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
